Before delivery, you’ll review and sign a dumpster rental agreement. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll finalize your delivery and pickup schedule.
Fill Your Dumpster
We’ll deliver your dumpster to the agreed-upon location, and you can begin loading it at your own pace. Be sure to load debris evenly, keep materials level with the fill line, and avoid placing prohibited items in the dumpster.
Schedule Pick Up
When your rental period has ended, we’ll pick up the dumpster. If you finish early or need additional rental time, simply let us know and we’ll work with your schedule.

What can and cannot be thrown away?
Our general 10-yard dumpsters accept a wide variety of everyday household junk, furniture, renovation materials, and other approved debris. However, certain items require special recycling, while hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
It’s also important to choose the correct dumpster type. Roofing debris and yard waste may require designated rentals with different material restrictions.
What items are prohibited?
We cannot accept hazardous chemicals, liquid paints, asbestos, medical waste, biohazardous materials, explosives, or pressurized containers.

What's included in the rental service?
Dumpster rental costs depend on the container size, rental duration, included weight allowance, and any additional disposal needs. We offer 3-day and 7-day rental options, with delivery, pickup, disposal up to the included weight allowance, and driveway protection included.
Our 10-yard dumpsters include a 1-ton weight allowance. Keep in mind that heavy materials, such as tile, plaster, and demolition debris, can quickly add weight even when the dumpster isn’t completely full.
What happens if I exceed the included weight allowance?
If your dumpster exceeds its 1-ton allowance, additional disposal weight is billed at $200 per ton, prorated according to the amount over the limit. If you’re disposing of particularly heavy materials, let us know beforehand so we can help you plan accordingly.
Are there additional fees I should know about?
Some circumstances may result in additional charges, including weight overages, rental extensions, overfilling, or specialty recycling items.
A 10% fuel surcharge also applies to rentals. We encourage customers to review their rental terms and ask questions so there are no unexpected surprises.

Can I extend my dumpster rental?
Absolutely. We understand that cleanup and renovation projects don’t always go according to plan. Extensions are available for an additional $10 per day or $50 per week, subject to availability. Just contact us before your scheduled pickup to discuss your options.
What happens if I fill my dumpster before I'm finished?
If your dumpster fills up before your project is complete, contact us about a dump-and-return service. We’ll discuss availability and pricing for emptying your container and bringing it back so you can continue working.
What happens if I overfill my dumpster?
All debris must remain at or below the marked fill line so we can safely secure and transport your load. Overfilled dumpsters are subject to a $100 fee and may require excess materials to be removed before pickup.
